1. What methods do you ship?

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS...if you choose the 3-5 day shipping method, most of the time it will go Priority Mail (2-3 shipping days) or it could go UPS Ground (3-5 shipping days.)

2. How quickly will my order go out?

Items in stock go out within 24-48 hours. If it is not in stock, you will get an email stating when the ship date will be. Also, on the crib bedding, there will be a note at the top of the page you are viewing the bedding on stating the approximate ship date.

3. Do you take returns?

Yes, if you are unhappy with a product, you have 30 days to exchange it or return it to:

*Clothing must be unworn and tags on would be best. *We will not be paying for shipping back to us unless its defective. We will also not pay for shipping to you unless its defective.

4. You don't have my school - when will you get it?

Please send us an email regarding your school as we would be glad to see if we can get products!

5. Do you charge Sales Tax? We charge 4% Sales Tax for orders in Colorado. Otherwise, there is no Sales Tax on the order.

7. Do you ship overseas?

We apologize, but we do not ship overseas. Only the US and Canada.
